Project Open Hand Atlanta

Project Open Hand operates like an assembly line.

Volunteers work around-the-clock to prepare nutritional meals and to deliver them to people with symptomatic HIV and AIDS, homebound seniors and individuals with other critical illnesses and disabilities.

In 1988, a small crew began cooking meals for 14 people. Project Open Hand has since grown to 50 employees who produce 3,000 meals daily.
