Love brought actor Mitchell Anderson (best known his for roles in "Doogie Howser MD" and "Party of Five") to Atlanta.

After settling here with his new love, he pursued his other passion--food. Not long after he opened MetroFresh cafe in the Midtown Promenade.

MetroFresh's light, healthy fare is inspired by the freshest market ingredients and flavors from around the world. The menu of gourmet soups, salads, prepared sandwiches, antipasto and light dinner entrees changes daily. Guests choose from classic soups like MetroFresh's signature Mitchili (Turkey Chili) or Mushroom Barely with Sage and more exotic cold soups and salads in satisfyingly tasty combinations. And did we mention the homemade desserts?
